Born and raised on the east coast of Canada, Lespy knows how to ride rugged terrain and ride it well. Growing up as the youngest of 4 brothers, his competitive drive was forged at a young age. He is a leader on and off the bike and strives to give back to the cycling community while chasing success on two wheels. The pursuit of potential drives Lespy to dig deep within himself and provides no shortage of motivation along the way. With aspirations on both the World Cup and the North American off-road circuit, Lespy is looking forward to using his depth of experience to take on a diverse set of events in 2022 and have a blast along the way!

One of two new team members for 2024. Sean grew up racing BMX, DH, and enduro in Western Canada before finding his stride in XC racing. After some really great success on the XCO circuit, Sean is looking forward to the challenge that longer endurance races present.

Eva is our other new team member for 2024. Eva has shown great potential in her young career with results in Canada Cups, Nationals, and BCBR. After her first taste of some longer races in 2023, she’s decided to focus her calendar to chase some longer events and dabble more in grave racing. We are really looking forward to watching Eva grow in this new challenge.

Our fearless leader, Drew has a diverse background in the cycling industry. Drew has not only spent time working with athletes and teams in both cyclocross and mountain disciplines, he has also worked with Shimano neutral service, and most recently as the national events manger for Stan’s noTubes. Drew brings both his experience and drive to the team.

Outside of working for the team, you can find Drew in the kitchen whipping up some dinner, catching up on some reading, or practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
